Unless marked otherwise, all our items are in stock and you can order with confidence knowing it will be dispatch same or next day. Occasionally we will provide a pre-order on high demand items that are in transit to our store but they will be clearly marked as so and include an expected dispatch date. All shipments will come with tracking and require a signature as proof of delivery. Authority to Leave may be you preference however we “Biked Pty Ltd” will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
Australian orders
Pickup in store is available from our Palm Cove address during business hours. After placing your order and selecting “In store pickup” you will receive an email when you item is ready for pickup. Please select the link for further information on Palm Cove store hours.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST time on a business day are usually shipped same-day. Occasionally during periods of high demand or around public holidays, there may be small delays to dispatch some orders. Australian orders should usually arrive in 2-5 days on the east coast and 5-10 days to WA and country locations after placing your order.
International orders
International freight charges are displayed during checkout. Our International orders are shipped by regular post and delivery times are dependent on the country. On average orders will arrive in 7-10 days but please allow up to 28 days.
You may be required to pay import taxes and duties on your order, depending on the laws and regulations in your country. We are legally required to accurately describe the value and contents of the parcels we send internationally, so we are unable and will not falsify the details on these forms (e.g. mark the item as a gift or claim a lower value.
